I am 20 years old , just turned and wondering when the 'adult gene' will kick in...
I am a university student studying creative writing which means two things: 1) I am poor. really, really poor. as we speak I have spent 500 pounds in my over draft (means borrowing from the bank - for people who don't know) on food and necessities, life it seems is surprisingly expensive...oh and 2) I'm taught to write in such away that make my depressing circumstances seem light hearted and even whimsical, but then again I am the eternal optimist.
I like food. Eating especially I'm sure most of you would join me in this. Food is fantastic. Food is yummy scrummy in your tummy and only bad when it makes you feel funny. Its a necessity so it only makes sense to learn how to make what you eat as gorgeous as when you went into that shady looking cafe, thought it was a bit dirty, and was pleasantly surprised at the food and not ill afterwards.
I like TV, reading, and computer games. I love sci-fi and consider myself to be a proud nerd and an even prouder trekkie, but don't worry - I shan't drown you in it...that's another blog...
I dislike spiders ( not personally, its the skittle scurrying I can't bare, you understand) , laundry (it just. keeps. piling!) and mean people (duh).
I think that's pretty much enough to be going on for now don't you?
